Properties of the components:
A-lipoic acid: also known as thioctic acid, and one of the most powerfull antioxidant substances known today. It is synthesized by the body and for that reason is not considered an essential nutrient, but exerts a protective activity on many target organs of free radicals; it is absorbed in high amounts when taken orally.
DHA ethyl ester: it is an essential component of the brain and the covering and protective sheaths of the nervous system, but also of the photoreceptorial membranes of the retina which are the parts of our body constituted by the highest percentage of DHA -about 60%. In some pathologies a progressive loss of photoreceptors can be witnessed, due to degenerative oxidative processes. The integration of DHA has then an important preventive action both on age-related macular degeneration and eye diseases such as Retinitis pigmentosa (RP).
Lutein and Zeaxanthin: structural isomers that belong to the family of carotenoids. They are mostly found in the macula of the eye, contained in the cell body of photoreceptors, where they play a protective, regenerating and antioxidant role. Those substances are not synthesized by the body so must be necessarily included in the diet.
Vitamin E or alpha-tocopherol: it is certainly an excellent antioxidant, highly effective in protecting cell membranes from damage caused by free radicals.
Physiological indications: INLUDHA is indicated in cases of lack of the nutrients mentioned above or to assist in the treatment of an increased demand and to ensure the tropism of visual apparatus.
Directions: one or two tablets a day to be swallowed with water without chewing
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. The food supplements are not intended to substitute a varied diet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Do not use after the expiration date. The expiration date refers to the product in an unopened form and when stored correctly. Store in a cool and dry place (< 25°C).
Use: 1-2 tablets per day for a minimum cycle of 3 months in case of senile macular degeneration, maculopathies, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma.
As an adjuvant in peripheral neuropathies such as: presbyquilibrium, tinnitus, hypoacusia and in all neurodegenerative diseases.
